RETURNS & EXCHANGES (please review refund policy)

    • Returns and exchanges will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. In the event your return or exchange is authorized you will be responsible for all shipping costs unless approved otherwise. 
    • We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
    • Custom or Personalized items MAY NOT be returned or exchanged. PLEASE make sure you are happy with your design selection! 
  • The fastest way to complete your returns and exchanges, please return the item you are exchanging, once the item is received, the exchange will be processed. 
  • **To initiate a return, you will need to contact us at for approval. If your return is accepted/approved, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.**

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or clearance items. Sale items as well as clearance items are Final Sale as stated on the site.


    We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, exchange item and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

    Damages and issues:
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     Non-returnable items
    All custom and personalized items are non-returnable. As well as all Sale items,  clearance items and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


    • Cancellations are NOT authorized for personalized items. Cancellations will generally be authorized on most items if final packaging has not been completed.

    • PLEASE confirm your address is correct and complete before completing your order at checkout. In the event ACJ Designs LLC  receives a returned package due to incorrect or insufficient address, all resulting shipping charges will be your responsibility as the client.
