Shipping policy

ACJ Designs LLC ships Monday through Friday. We primarily use USPS for shipping. We use the least expensive service that is available to your shipping address.

Please make sure you list an active email and phone number in order to receive  shipping and tracking information of your order. 

Most ready to ship items ordered are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from time of purchase. 

Custom items ie: tumblers, mugs, t-shirts, key chain, car and cup coasters all take time as these are hand made. Processing times very. Please check each category for current processing times or email support@acjdesigns.com as all items ship together.

Free Shipping is covered up to $20 for AK, HI, PR and any other countries. The additional shipping will be invoiced to you prior to shipping. 

International orders- Shipping does not include import or tariff fees. You are responsible for those.  

ACJ Designs LLC is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. Orders that remove this service at checkout are not covered and Griffin Blanks is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint. Claims can be filed at claims.route.com. If you do not hear back on a claim within 48 hours please contact ACJ Designs LLC at support@acjdesigns.com.
